- Keep pets/kids inside until the area is dry.
- Close windows/doors; we’ll tape keyholes if needed.
We soft-wash where it matters to protect surfaces & landscaping.
TV Mounting Height Quick Rule
- Center of screen ≈ seated eye height (about 42–48” from floor in living rooms).
- Viewing distance ≈ 1.5–2.5× the screen diagonal.
- Studs every 16” on center; we verify and hide cables when possible.
Unsure on size or mount type? Text us a wall photo.
Soft-Wash vs. Pressure-Wash (Quick Guide)
- Soft-wash for roofs, siding, stucco, painted wood & fences (prevents damage).
- Pressure-wash for concrete/brick—tire marks, algae, and oil stains.
- Pre-wet plants and rinse after cleaning to protect landscaping.
- Apply bottom-to-top, rinse top-to-bottom; always test a small spot first.
Not sure which to use? We’ll choose the safest method for your surfaces.
Houston Gutter Game Plan (Pre-Storm)
- Clear gutters & downspouts twice a year (pre-spring storms & fall leaves).
- Hose-flush each downspout—slow trickle usually means a hidden clog.
- Add downspout extenders to dump water 6+ ft away from the slab.
- Re-secure sagging runs with hidden hangers; watch for black streaks at seams.
We can clean & soft-wash gutters without blasting seams.
Ceiling Fans: Direction, Wobble & Noise
- Summer: counter-clockwise (breeze). Winter: clockwise on low (recirculate).
- Fix wobble: clean blades, tighten blade screws, then use a balancing kit.
- Quiet squeaks: snug canopy & light-kit screws; add a thin gasket if needed.
- Outdoor spaces: choose outdoor-rated fans; swap to LED bulbs to reduce heat.
Need help balancing or replacing a fan? We handle installs, too.
